RCCG Covenant House Forms("we", "us") is operated by RCCG Covenant House. This page explains how we handle information when you use this website to view, create, or submit forms.

Information we collect

• Form responses: answers you enter when submitting a published form, which may include contact details such as name, email, or phone number if the form asks for them.
• Staff accounts: if you sign in to manage forms (for example with Google), we store account details needed to authenticate you and operate the service (such as name and email).
• Technical data: limited logs and diagnostics that help us keep the service secure and reliable (for example timestamps and error information).

How we use information

• To collect and store responses for the form organisers.
• To send emails or SMS related to a form when organisers use those features (for example follow-up messages).
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.
• To respond to feedback or support requests you send us through the site.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes. Your details are only handled as follows:

• Form responses are available to the authorised staff for that form.
• We use a limited set of service providers that process data only on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed to operate the service (for example SMS delivery services). These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
• We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the church, our users, or others.

Retention

Responses and account data are kept for as long as they are needed for the purpose of the form or the operation of the service, unless a longer period is required by law or church policy. Organisers may delete responses according to their permissions.

Your choices

If a form asks for personal information, you can choose not to submit it (and may be unable to complete a required field). For access, correction, or deletion of information you have submitted, contact the form organiser or RCCG Covenant House using the contact details they provide, or send feedback through this site.
