By using RCCG Covenant House Formsor submitting a form on this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy & Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service or submit a form.

The service

RCCG Covenant House Forms is provided by RCCG Covenant House to collect and manage form responses for church and related activities. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed to keep it secure and useful.

Your submissions

• You confirm that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You must not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or that infringes others' rights.
• Form organisers may use your responses for the purpose of the form and related church administration, as described in our Privacy & Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, access accounts or data without permission, or use automated means to submit forms in a way that harms the service or others.

Accounts

Staff who sign in to create or manage forms are responsible for keeping their login details secure and for using the service only for authorised purposes.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Forms may open or close according to schedules set by organisers.

Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
